100 ml whipped cream

1 tablespoon caster sugar

50 ml Full Milk

100 g dark chocolate, chopped

4 scoops of vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Whip the cream with the sugar just not stiff.Heat the milk in a saucepan, stir in the chocolate pieces and leave through the fire to melt into the milk. Put in the sundaes a scoop of vanilla ice cream, hot chocolate sauce pour over it and add a scoop of whipped cream.
