260 grams whipped cream
250 grams mascarpone
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
dash of Baileys
Cocoa powder
Few cubes of dark chocolate

Preparation
If you have just put strong coffee, let it cool down. Stir the mascarpone with the vanilla sugar until smooth. Then add, stirring, gradually add the coffee and a dash of Baileys. Fold in the whipped through. Take two small glasses and spoon a layer of the mascarpone mixture into it, followed by a thin layer of cocoa powder. Repeat this until the glass is full. Finish with the mascarpone mixture. Grate the dark chocolate over it and put in the fridge until serving dessert.
